Custom order
1.The price of rugs depends on the pattern and size, as well as the shape (round, square, rectangle or cut to shape) 2. Please send a picture 3. Describe the size you want 4. Then we project the sample and check the proportions

What is the estimated time for an custom order?
Based on orders, we can make in 2-4 weeks ( at the carpet and at the table )
Payment
Payment is made by asking for a 50% deposit before we start the carpet and we will send you pictures and videos when it is finished.
The remaining 50% must then be paid before delivery. ( at the carpet and at the table )
Shipping
1. Delivery within Switzerland takes place via A-Post within 1-2 working days 2. International delivery is carried out by the DHL courier service, which takes 4-8 working days depending on the country.
